Still Serving

Help support the restoration of grave stones and the veteran memorial at South St Paul’s Oak Hill Cemetery.

The South St Paul VFW Post 295 is partnering with other local charitable organizations to restore the Veteran Memorial and grave stones of our deceased comrades, at Oak Hill Cemetery.

As many in South St. Paul may know, we do not run a bar anymore. We are still a post. We are still actively helping the community and veteran programs in our area. Like many other VFW posts we rely heavily on donations i.e., Poppy distribution and gambling proceeds.

VFW Programs

Veterans Relief Fund i.e., vet home and hospital activities, holiday sponsorships and veterans in need.

Youth Programs i.e., Voice of Democracy, Patriots Pen, scholarships and youth camps and picnics.

Please consider donating to the Oak Hill Project or another of our programs.

Our programs support our service members while they are on the front line, as they are being discharged and long after they return. Your tax-deductible donation will be immediately directed to the VFW programs where your support is most urgently needed.

Our space is shaping up. We have a lot of our old "flare" up on the walls. Our POW/MIA table is set up. A little more elbow grease and we hope to set a date for an open house. All post members should feel welcome to come to a meeting to see the new space.
